This year marks my 21st year passionately practicing therapeutic massage, and I'm so grateful for the path that led me here. Owning Healing Visions gives me the freedom, independence, and daily joy of helping people reclaim their vitality. My journey has been extraordinary. By age 19, I became a commercial pilot and flight instructor, mastering precision and calm under pressure. I later served as caregiver and best friend to my late mother, learning profound lessons in compassion and strength. As a cancer survivor, I became frustrated with approaches that couldn't address root causes—leading me to NES Bioenergetics, a transformative discovery that finally revealed and corrected energetic imbalances. It changed my life, and now I offer it to help others do the same.
I completed my foundational training at the renowned Maui Academy of Healing Arts in Maui, Hawaii. Building on that, I specialized in all three modules of authentic Hawaiian Lomi Lomi under masters Dr. Maka'ala Yates and Kapua Tyler. Over the years, I've completed foundational SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique) training across neuromuscular, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cranial-sacral, and other key areas, and I incorporate hot stones, cupping, and additional tools as your body needs.
While foundational massage training was solid and rewarding, discovering Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and SMRT elevated my work and kept my passion burning bright for 21 years. These modalities bring a depth of nurturing flow, effortless release, and true healing connection that make every session deeply meaningful.
My core hands-on modalities include:
• Hawaiian Lomi Lomi — nurturing, ocean-wave-like flowing strokes that melt stress and invite emotional release.
• SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique) — gentle positional release that allows muscles, fascia, and joints to unwind and realign effortlessly—no forcing, no cracking.
• Hot stones — for added warmth and deeper penetration when your body calls for it.
• Cupping and other tools — to enhance release, circulation, and comfort as needed.
What truly sets my touch apart is my intuitive ability to sense and feel energy blockages and holding patterns from the very first moments—starting exactly where stagnation begins. As a certified NES Practitioner, I offer NES Bioenergetics (including the Energy4Life system) as a completely separate, non-touch service focused on assessing and supporting your body's energy field (Body-Field) at its deepest level.
Using advanced scanning technology (voice scan, hand scan, or device-based), we quickly identify energetic distortions, blockages, or "leakages" that may contribute to fatigue, stress, emotional imbalances, sleep issues, or physical symptoms—often revealing priorities you didn't even know were there.
This standalone session provides a detailed report and personalized recommendations, including Infoceuticals (liquid remedies imprinted with corrective information) to help restore proper energy flow and vitality. It's gentle, science-backed bioenergetics—no massage or physical contact involved—and can be done in-person or remotely in many cases.
Many clients combine NES scans with my hands-on work for comprehensive support, but they are distinct services: one addresses the physical/energetic body through touch, the other scans and corrects the underlying energy system directly.
